Dear Friend
,

  * Are you sick and tired of feeling stressed out and overloaded at work?

  * Do you want to control your time and get more done in your day?

  * Does sitting at a desk or computer give you headaches, neck pain or
     make your back sore?

  * Would you like to be able to feel calm and in control of your emotions
when dealing with difficult or draining customers, clients or colleagues?

  * Do you find it difficult to relax, unwind or switch off after work?

  * Have you found that no matter how many stress management books
you read or how many stress management techniques you try, you
still find it very difficult to relieve stress at work and stay productive
     all day long?

Hi, my name is Michael Licenblat B.Sc.(Psych), Dip(Shiatsu).

For seven years I ran the Shiatsu & Health Centre of Melbourne (Australia) where I helped over 4000 people bounce back from stress related ailments (such as headaches, fatigue, back pain, emotional tension, sleeplessness, stomach cramps, and even some illnesses) naturally - without using vitamins, oils, tinctures, counselling, or drugs.

As a Shiatsu Massage Therapist with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), I was able to show people what causes their stress, how it affects their productivity (mental concentration, memory, and energy levels), how it drains their body and health, and then what to do to stop it.

Michael Licenblat stress management tips

"My initial reason for working with Michael was stress and stress-related health issues (stomach upsets and very tight muscles in my shoulders and neck).  These problems are now resolved.  I saw a great deal of value working with Michael."

Please stop and read this next paragraph very carefully...

To take control of stress and increase your work productivity:
 - You do not need to listen to obscure relaxation or hypnosis CDs
 - You do not need to have ongoing therapy
 - You do not have to attend expensive courses
 - You do not have to ingest foul tasting herbal remedies
 - You do not need your aura cleaned
 - You do not need to radically cleanse your system and change your diet

You don't fix a leaky boat by getting rid of the water!
You don't fix a smoke alarm by taking out the batteries!
...And you won't fix stress by blocking or getting rid of the symptoms!

The popular 'quick-fix' stress management techniques
are not only ineffective, and sometimes dangerous -
but they often create MORE STRESS in your life.

Stress is not a disease to cure, it is not a condition to manage, and it is not an ailment to fix with magical stress management techniques or stress relief remedies.

Stress is a build up of mental and physical tension in your body that distracts your mental focus, drains your energy and impairs your immune system - all reducing your work productivity.
Remove that tension - and the stress disappears.

People waste thousands of dollars and years of their life searching from practitioner to practitioner, from website to website, for the 'ultimate way' to relieve stress.   This is often a total waste of time - because most of your tension is self created!

Sure, the stress management techniques of relaxation, affirmations, remedies, massage, etc. may make you feel better for a little while (and I should know, I have massaged over 4000 people) but the next time you are under some sort of work pressure, the stress will return...with greater intensity!

Your stress symptoms of headaches, muscle pain, stomach upsets, sleeplessness, anxiety, tiredness, emotional ups/downs, etc., (which are all signs of built up tension) will keep coming back until you stop the stress from manifesting, and building up, in the first place.

So, where does my tension come from?

Mental Tension comes from having too much to do and not having enough time to do it, not having a planning and priority action system in place, and dealing with pressure deadlines and demands - which creates feelings of overload, panic, anxiety, frustration and intensity.

Physical Tension comes from muscles tightening up because you are sitting for hours in front of a desk/computer, or being on your feet all day, without a break - which creates neck pain, back spasms, headaches, chest tightness and fatigue (all of which takes your focus away from your work and reduces your productivity).

Emotional Tension comes from bottling up your feelings and not expressing your point of view, especially when dealing with difficult customers, demanding clients, or negative colleagues.  Whether it be handling a sales rejection, dealing with a confrontation, or resolving a complaint, emotional tension leads to distraction, increase in errors, poor decision making, emotional exhaustion, and job apathy.

Personal Tension comes from not having time for yourself (your personal, health and social needs), and feeling like an extension of work - always being in 'on mode'.  Not having a good balance between work and personal life is a recipe for burn out, relationship tension, health problems and motivational slumps.

Most stress doesn't happen to you -
it happens because of you

Your work practices and life skills determine whether you feel stressed out and uptight at work or feel energized and enthusiastic - not the work pressure, people or situations.

Well, what is the answer?

The key to effective stress relief at work is building resilient work practices and resilient life skills.

Don't 'manage stress' - instead build mental,
physical, emotional and personal resilience
to the pressure in your work and life

By building resilience you don't need to worry about learning how to relieve stress using stress relief tactics or stress management techniques, because  the stress will not build up in the first place - and any stress that is there, dissolves quickly.  Building resilience allows you to have:

stress management techniques

Mental Resilience: Reduce the stress of overload by organising your time and setting clear goals with action plans

stress management techniques

Physical Resilience: Eliminate neck pain, headaches, shoulder strain and back ache by physically releasing stress that would, otherwise, fatigue your body.

stress management techniques
Emotional Resilience: Immune yourself from demanding or difficult clients/customers by taking control of your emotions

stress management techniques

Personal Resilience: Start each day feeling refreshed and recharged by detaching from work, unwinding your mind, relaxing your body, and making time for yourself

So, how can I learn to do all that?

You could study for years on end, and sift through dozens and dozens of books, tapes, training programs and courses on how to relieve stress to find out which techniques really work and then try to apply them one by one.  But, that would take you many years plus thousands of dollars.....

(I know, because that is exactly what I did!)

So, rather than you having to invest over 15 years of your life in research and clinical practice, I have compiled all these techniques and research into one downloadable 220+ page e-book manual, called  'Turn Stress into Energy and Enthusiasm' (I have done the ground work for you).

I have written the e-book in a 'how to' format so you can easily apply the ideas right away in your workplace.

This e-book explains what causes stress, how it manifests in your body, how to release it, and how to build the resilience so that it doesn't return.

Total control over stress

"Michael, your Resilience E-Book is terrific.  It's full of tips and strategies that are really easy to implement.  Since I have put some of these into practise, my days at work have become much more enjoyable.  It's surprising what a big difference some small changes can make.  And when you have made the little changes you have more energy to tackle the big ones.  Also, it's great that your suggestions contribute to a healthier lifestyle, so it's not only about work.  Getting this e-book has been a really good move for me – thanks again."

Here is what people are saying about the e-book:

"Your book has helped me tremendously.  I was heading down a dark path. I was totally stressed day and night. I could not relax. My health was suffering. I am a business owner with 3 staff and am in a high stress profession, insurance. As your book said, I have being able to turn the negativeness into positiveness, bounce back and plan to become the best boss in the world. I know it is a learning curve to change and will take some time to totally get there."

Marilyn Ehman

"Chapter 3 was very exciting. I read it in my favourite cafe today. I must say you have  presented your facts extremely well here. I normally rip into my books with highlighter pens, etc, etc., but this was hardly necessary, except for a few personal comments to myself! Excellent material!"

Agnes Tan, Western Australia

"Thank you for your e-book.  It is a constant reminder to stop and ask myself 'how am I responding to the situations occurring right now?'.

When we met, you hit the nail on the head when you said "the light was going out in the lighthouse" and your book has helped me to focus on reigniting that light so that I can help others also.

There have been moments when I have started slipping back - don't we all- but your exercise sheet on "pressure - is it happening to you or because of you" is in my kitchen and keeps surfacing from under the paperwork to also keep me in check.  This year I have learnt to keep moving forward - even if it is only one step at a time - as long as it is in the direction of your goals.  Thank you again and best regards to you and your family."

Rachel Woods

"Late last year, I purchased your e-book and made the effort to spend 10 minutes each morning reading through it and following the guidelines.

You see, I have been suffering from burnout and depression for many years, mainly due to the pressure I have been putting myself under running my small business. I have a team of 20 staff, and for the last 6 years or so, with additional family and life pressures, I have found it incredibly difficult to break the cycle of hopelessness, allowing the business to run my life, and allowing myself to be drawn along with it, in a reactive frame of mind. I have found myself feeling overwhelmed by the impossibility of it all, with no hope of possibly getting everything that needs doing done each day, and feeling that I was not in control of my circumstances.

17 years ago when I started the business, I had high hopes and a positive attitude. I set my goals, and worked towards them. I trained in the art of goal setting and personal motivation. I was motivated and constantly monitored progress and readjusted the goals. I don't know exactly when this slipped, but it did. Until I started reading your book.

Your book has given me back a sense of belief in my life. I have become more proactive, instead of reactive. I have started to radiate positive thoughts more than negative. I have once again started setting detailed goals, and achieving them. Work is still challenging, of course, but I am now better equipped to manage what it throws at me. My energy levels are higher and my personal life has improved.

I have understood to some degree where the negative feelings came from, and have made changes in order to reverse these feelings. I have started playing tennis again, I have started having fun again, and I have started to feel like a winner again. I have a bunch of Bounce Back Statements right there in the front of the e-book binder, and when I start to feel overwhelmed again, I go straight to them for help.

The e-book has been instrumental in returning a degree of balance to my life.
So thank you for sharing a little of your energy and enthusiasm with me, and for helping me learn how to retake control."

"I read your book over Easter and thoroughly enjoyed it.  It was reassuring for me to appreciate that most of the things I am doing are building my resilience.  There is always more that I can do and have gleaned some handy hints, especially the life planning method.  So thank you for your work.  Your passion is appreciated."

Deb Ferguson

"Thank you Michael Licenblat for providing me with an excellent action plan in your book "Turn Stress into Energy and Enthusiasm".  I am absolutely convinced that many people can derive significant benefits by following the action plan. In my opinion the action plan may provide them with an opportunity to do a bounce back fast."

Stephan Van Der Lingen

"The most effective tool for me to use when managing our busy practice was "sink or swim." This strategy enabled me to keep working productively when under a lot of pressure. I was able to overcome the draining effect of negative people and not lose my confidence when staff were critical or difficult. I realised that I must not base my self confidence on what other people think, but rather on my achievements and an honest assessment of whether I was doing my best. In management, a lot comes with the turf and I have been able to toughen up and deal with pressure from all directions a lot better. The sink or swim strategy helps you to organise your thoughts and use logic rather than emotion to get through difficult situations."

Kathy, Age: 47
Manager, Western Australia

"Hi Michael,  I just wanted to tell you that your e-book is just plain fantastic and helpful.  I have applied some of the tactics to my previous job and now at my current job, and the environment is controllable and less stressful.   Thank you Michael!"

David, Frontline Sales
U.S.A.

"...I have a whole lot of books at home about all kinds of positive, motivational stuff, but none of them bring it together in quite the humorous, practical accessible way that you do."

Sam B
Sales Trainer

So, what does it cost?

To have private coaching with me or attend one of my seminars, would cost you several hundred dollars.  Initially we were going to price the e-book at $197.00, because the e-book is almost like having a personal coach take you by the hand and guide you on what to do.

Even at that price it is dirt cheap and excellent value.

Instead, we decided to keep it under a hundred dollars so that it was accessible to lots of people.  So, as an introductory price, instead of selling the e-book at $97.00 or $67.00, since we have produced it as an e-book and eliminated the printing and publishing costs, we have been able to bring it right down to $27.00US (for my Australian friends, that works out to about $38.00 AUD, including GST).

That's less than a dinner for two!

In fact, I feel that $27.00 US is really way too cheap for the amount of information and hundreds of strategies & ideas that I have poured into these e-books, so I am probably going to raise the price very soon.   So you'll want to be quick if you want to save some cash.

Remember, the e-book is...

PRECISE: The Turn Stress into Energy and Enthusiasm e-book takes you, by the hand, step-by-step and shows you exactly what to do to become 'Pressure Proof'.  No trial and error, no guesswork, just solid research, techniques and results.

PRINTABLE: The 220+ page e-book is printable, contains diagrams, graphs and models to make the techniques easy to apply, and has specific activities, programs and step-by-step action plans to make it simple to use.

DOWNLOADABLE: The manual is an electronic book (e-book) that can be downloaded to your computer in a flash.  Which means you can be reading it and discovering all these amazing secrets in as little as 5 minutes from now. (on a typical dial-up Internet connection, it takes just four to five minutes to download)

...And, of course, there are no shipping or postage charges either!

With the e-book, you will also receive these 12 bonus stress relief resources, (valued at $539.92)
